From the IRNA " Iranian forces ready to defend Islamic Revolution, Islam"

As the war on Iraq begins, I can't help but fear that it WILL spill over into Iran. And it appears that they beleive the same thing. Or at least they're getting ready for it.

The Year According to Iran

This is for you ethno-centrists. Yes Virginia, there are other cultures out there. And, they mostly suck.

Unconstitutional? Of course not. Trust me!

This is a must read article in the Belleville News-Democrat about Belleville IL 's occupancy code and the (mis)use thereof. A brief synapsis before you read the article.

From the Belleville News-Democrat:

Belleville's housing inspections

The News-Democrat reported in December that the city of Belleville routinely sends "enforcement teams" consisting of a housing inspector and police officer to investigate housing code occupancy complaints.

The inspectors, in checking for overcrowding or for people who are residing in a place where they are not listed on the city's occupancy permit, sometimes entered homes without permission, and ticketed residents for refusing to allow inspectors inside without a search warrant.

Of 263 occupancy inspection cases filed since 1999, most inspections occurred in Belleville's poorest neighborhoods; some residents were ticketed just for having relatives or friends visit.

Will Jordan, executive director of the nonprofit Metropolitan St. Louis Equal Housing Opportunity Council, says his organization is launching an investigation into how Belleville enforces its housing codes.

The Things I Want to Forget About 2K2

I’m STILL in debt.

“Reality” TV shows that are anything but real

Jimmy Carter, Nobel Award Winner

Trent Lott being used by the D’s AND R’s

John Ashcroft is STILL Attorney General

Dick Cheney was able to find a judge to side with him in the General Accounting Office suit

Do they have weapons of mass destruction? “Of course!” Can we see the proof? “Well.... no”.

Bush STILL saying that it’s not about oil

The Catholic Church's pedophile protection plan

Cardinal Law

The PATRIOT Act

The Homeland Security Department creation

John Poindexter is back

Robert Torricelli's teary-eyed resignation speech where he both denied wrongdoing and criticized the public for its lack of forgiveness

Henry Kissinger appointed by Bush as the great Truth Detector

Michael Jackson

The Saudi royal family

Terry McAuliffe's pre-election victory guarantees

Terry McAuliffe

Tom Ridge's laughably lame color-coded terror warning initiative

John Ashcroft felt it necessary to spend $8,000 on curtains
to cover a bare-breasted statue

The Paul Wellstone memorial-Rally.

Change of Plans

Alright, due to some unforeseen changes in the globol political scene, the attaq on Iraq did not start on the 18 or 28 as I had previously stated. Now that that windo is closed, the next best bet will be between January 2nd and Februrary 10th.

Letter to Myself

Ever get the feeling that you were put in the wrong place? Like perhaps, your soul was meant for another...distant...planet. It's so hard sometimes. To be. and I'm caught up in so much, I often don't know what to do next. So many options, but they're blinding. And in the blindness, I see so few options. But I always seem to do something instead of nothing. That's the meaning of life i suppose, something rather than nothing.I like to think that if I just had a few million dollars, i could solve my problems, but that wouldn't heal me. my energies are so conflicted. I feel my aura weakening and shifting darker. This battery that is my body is short circuiting somewhere. And all the while, on top of everything else, I'm trying like hell to develop a personal philosophy. Or not develop one, I can't really tell sometimes which goal i've set. And I seem to confuse me more everyday. But here i sit and will tomorrow and the next and the next. Working for something, because, apparently, by damn I owe it to somebody. Maybe all the whos and whats and whys will come out in the wash. Otherwise, i'm going to be a hobo and sell subway slugs in boston.

Merry Christmas One and All!!

Ho ho ho....ho hum. Crazy weather, crazy economy, crazy dictators, crazy "elected" officials. It's the end of the world as we know it my friends, and I feel fine. The Quickening is here. Get ready for the ride of your lives.

Guest Writer

This is a submission from Torpid Tyrant. Read and enjoy and be enlightened.

i just got finished reading Brave New World by Aldous Huxley. it's a must read for anyone who wishes to be a competent citizen and human being. of course i would also include in the list 1984 by George Orwell, The Abolition of Man by C.S. Lewis, The U.S. Constitution and it's amendments (in chronological order), The U.S. Declaration of Independence., The Bible or if you refuse at least Proverbs, Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury, Crime and Punishment by Dostoevsky. and these are the ones i can think of off hand. you may notice a slight leaning toward negative-utopia, totalitarianism, and basically things that accentuate the lackings of mankind. the reason is this; you, yes you, are quite full of yourself as am i. you cannot deny it and prove you denial to be rational. people are inherantly prideful in a bad way. my experience has shown that when you confront the written word saying, more or less, you suck, it helps bring the reader down to earth, so to speak. as for the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, well *takes a breath* by reading the documents that are the accepted foundation of our great yet not so great country gives the reader a standard to which they can compare their current economic, social, and political position and situation. when the now slightly more enlightened reader realizes that what is said in the old fashion Constitution and D of I has been some how unofficially been revamped and construed to mean something it was never supposed to mean. one interesting example is the revelation that "separation of church and state" is no where to be found in either document. it is originally found in a letter of response from Thomas Jefferson to the Danbury Baptist Association soon after his election as president. both the letter from the original letter from the Danbury Baptist Association and the response from Thomas Jefferson are quite interesting and exemplitory of how the United States was originally designed to work and should still be. you can find both here dissect both letters please!!! and email me with your responses. and also email me if you know of some books i should add to my list.

A little to say about a "Lott"

Hehehehehee....Yes, I know. Very cheesy. I forgot to update my prediction on the page after I found out about the projected "vote of no confidence" on or about the 6th of January. After hearing that, I knew he would resign his post before that meeting, and more specifically, before Christmas. Being a southerner myself, I knew it was a matter of dignity for him to choose his own fate. Or at least seem to choose his own fate. Now, any of us with a brain saw this coming in the days following the "remark". The demonization by the left, the abandonment by the administration. It was obvious that he was being shoved out. The left hates him because he is a southern conservative. The administration wanted him out because he wouldn't toe the company line. Now, I believe it is safe to say that Frist will be their man. A rubber stamp for the Bushies, if you will. I am glad to see that he will remain in the Senate. He's brought many good jobs to Mississippi. And if he were to leave, Gov Musgrove is rumored to want to replace him with the infamous Mike Espy. Yes, that Mike Espy. Ouch.

Michael Savage is CRAZY!!

Schizophrenia (from the DSM IV)

As many of you know, Michael Savage is the host of the nationally syndicated talk show "The Savage Nation". I have decided that he is crazy. Below are symptoms of the Paranoid Type of Scizophrenia. If you listen to the show, AT ALL, you will agree that he exhibits/expresses most of these symptoms. If you don' listen to it, catch it, and listen for clues...

Schizophrenia:

Characteristic symptoms: Two (or more) of the following, each present for a significant portion of time during a 1-month period (or less if successfully treated):

1 delusions --yep, especially delusions of grandeur and persecution

2 hallucinations

3 disorganized speech (e.g., frequent derailment or incoherence)---definately

4 grossly disorganized or catatonic behavior

5 negative symptoms (i.e., affective flattening, alogia, or avolition)

Note: Only one Criterion A symptom is required if delusions are bizarre or hallucinations consist of a voice keeping up a running commentary on the person's behavior or thoughts, or two or more voices conversing with each other.

Paranoid Type:

A type of Schizophrenia in which the following criteria are met:

A. Preoccupation with one or more delusions or frequent auditory hallucinations.

B. None of the following is prominent: disorganized speech, disorganized or catatonic behavior, or flat or inappropriate affect.

U.S. Social Security May Reach To Mexico

Quoted from the Washington Post

"By Jonathan Weisman
Washington Post Staff Writer
Thursday, December 19, 2002; Page A01

Pushed by the Mexican government, the Bush administration is working on a Social Security accord that would put tens of thousands of Mexicans onto the Social Security roster and send hundreds of millions of dollars in benefits south of the border.

White House and Mexican government officials say discussions on an agreement to align the Social Security systems of the two countries are informal and preliminary. But excerpts from an internal Social Security Administration memo obtained this month say the agreement "is expected to move forward at an accelerated pace," with the support of both governments, and could be in force by next October."

I thought, social security was...having..aproblem..or.. someth....nevermind.

Poindexter Targeted

I assume most of you are familiar with the planned Pentagon "Total Information Awareness" project ( If perchance you are not, click here to read a good explanitory article from the Cato Institute). Last week, San Francisco Journalist, publicized the home address and phone number of Mr. Poindexter (of Iran-Contra infamy). Well, now Cyptome has gone a step or two further. Their article and accompanying pictures are a MUST READ, check them out now .

Here are a few links to some good articles on Henry Kissinger, Bush's appointee for the leader of an investagatory commitee on the 9-11 Attacks. Kissinger is an interesting choice, to say the least. I think I'll be posting an article I wrote on the subject soon as well.
